Digital Dictation

Digital Dictation is cost effective for many companies, with real savings in time and costs as well as freeing up companies to operate more effectively. Digital Dictation is changing the way businesses are looking at outsourcing services. By using the existing office infrastructure, anyone with a PC and Internet access can take advantage of this technology and make better use of outsourcing of secretarial functions.

By using a handheld digital dicta-phone or mobile phone with an appropriate app, you dictate your wording. E-mail your DSS Pro, DSS, WAV, WMA or MP3 audio files to us as an attachment. Using specialist software, these files are played back and transcribed manually into standard Word documents.

All of our completed documents are returned to the originator either as an e-mail attachment or as hardcopies, however the client has instructed @SEC to do.

Copy Typing

Scan and e-mail or fax or post/deliver us your hand-written draft and we will copy-type into a completed Word document. We handle anything from business meeting notes, letters, manuscripts or business plans - infact any document you want formating into a computer document.

All of our documents can be converted into pdf format for easier e-mail or internet use.

Spreadsheets

In conjunction with both of the above or as seperate documents, we can generate Excel spreadheets for any purpose. From account management documents, charts & graphs to cost-flow documents.

We specialise in Microsoft Word and Excel and are ECDL certified.
